Queensland Art Gallery – Gallery of Modern Art's new 'Andy Warhol' retrospective exhibition, which runs from 8 December to 30 March 2008, includes a free exhibition called 'The Silver Factory: Andy Warhol for Kids' featuring artwork-related interactive activities.
Activities at 'The Silver Factory'
'The Silver Factory: Andy Warhol for Kids' exhibition at the Queensland Art Gallery features many artwork-related activities including 'Photobooth Portraits', where children can manipulate their self-portrait with bright colours; 'At the Factory', in which copies of Warhol's Brillo, Heinz and Campbell's soup sculptures can be stacked and sorted into unique new installations; and several interactive drawing activities.
