ABC Online has reported on the 'Making a Splash' Regional Tour, as part of this year's Under Eights Week held by Early Childhood Australia - Queensland Branch.
'Primary school students across Queensland are learning to be surf safe this week as part of Under Eights Week.
'Surf Life Saving Queensland (SLSQ) has teamed up with Early Childhood Australia to teach students basic surf and rescue skills.'

About Under Eights Week
Under Eights Week is an event organised annually by the Early Childhood Australia Queensland Branch. This year, Under Eights Week was held 18–25 May 2007 with the theme 'Making a splash'.
All over Queensland, schools, kindergartens, childcare centres, family day care schemes, libraries, councils and other organisations will be holding events to bring to you a fun week for children and an informative week for parents.
