Sep 2003 National Children's Services Forum Update

On August 15th 2003 the National Children's Services Forum met in Canberra.

The forum discussed a wide range of issues including the National Agenda for Early Childhood, and the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and the New funding and delivery arrangements relating to child care.
