1. The subscription to Everyday Learning is an annual subscription and payments can be made annually or quarterly in advance.
2. The minimum order per service is 50 subscriptions deliverable to the one location.
3. The number of subscriptions taken by a service may be increased at any time during the subscription period, and subscriptions can only be cancelled at the end of the subscription period.
4. If a service is sold then the subscription liability passes to the new owner.
5. Tax invoices will be provided for each subscribing service.
6. The subscription is a bulk subscription with the service and not with individual families.
7. Services that sign up before 30 June 2006 will receive a free copy of Observing and planning in early childhood settings: Using a sociocultural approach by Marilyn Fleer and Carmel Richardson – valued at $37.95.
8. Payment is due by the last day of each quarter (31 March; 30 June; 30 September; 31 December). Direct Debit/Credit Card payments will be deducted on the last day of the quarter or the next working day.
9. The nominated number of issues will be sent in bulk to the service for distribution to families.
10. The price of $14.99 per subscription is dependent on the equivalent of 215 services taking up subscriptions for 70 families each.
11. If the minimum number of services is not reached, monies will be returned.
12. Individual (one-off) subscriptions are not available at the bulk subscription price of $14.99.
