How to use the bonus material
Research in Practice Series PowerPoint presentations
The PowerPoint presentations accompanying the Research in Practice Series have been designed to assist educational leaders in facilitating their team’s professional learning related to each specific title in the series. The presentations will help leaders and their teams discuss the content of the books, and explore research-based information and ideas to connect theory with practice.
ECA has identified that, in many early childhood education and care settings, there is a need to extend on knowledge and provide service-based professional learning. These PowerPoint presentations provide an opportunity for educators to reflect on how each topic can be used within their setting.
Everyday Learning Series electronic fact sheets
The PDF fact sheets complement each of the Everyday Learning Series titles, and are suitable for sharing with families and fellow educators. These fact sheets can be printed out or included in email newsletters.
The fact sheets have been written from the perspective of parents, carers and families, and provide effective tips and strategies on effective parenting. These will serve as valuable resources and help families further understand their children’s learning and development needs.
