Lisa Palethorpe

Lisa Palethorpe is National Manager, Early Learning Capability at Goodstart Early Learning. For the past 25 years she has worked in leadership roles including teacher and director, both in kindergarten and long day care, and has also held senior leadership roles within a broad range of not-for-profit organisations.  Lisa has a wealth of knowledge about research into the importance of effective early childhood leadership as a factor to support good outcomes for children. She is currently completing her PhD, focused on educational leadership, through Griffith University in Brisbane.
