Visitors to the Early Childhood Australia website may have noticed a row of small icons at the bottom of some pages. They're part of a new way to experience the internet, find great resources and share information with colleagues.

Think of it like bookmarking a webpage except you can also share your favourites with others online.

How to recommend a website

Look for the small icons at the bottom of pages on the Early Childhood Australia website.

Just choose the bookmarking site you like the best:

At each site you'll be able to register for an account. This will then allow you to recommend webpages and create a list of favourite sites for yourself and other users.

Example:

You're reading Early Childhood Australia's Code of Ethics and decide you'd like to let other educators and carers know about it.

Simply select one of the icons at the bottom of the page for instance, Digg. Create your free account, and then other readers will be able to rate the content, and to recommend an appropriate category and, in turn, you'll be able to view the pages that they recommend.
