| The Queensland Branch offers information, resources and services to early childhood organisations,
services, professionals, parents and policy makers about child development
and early childhood education and care. The branch consists of a broad
membership of individuals, services and organisations representing the
interests and welfare of young children across the state.
Mission

Goals
- To maintain a body of knowledge and informed views on issues relating to young children and their care and education in our community.
- To promote the interests and well-being of young children, their families, and the people who work with them in the broadest, most informed, and effective way possible.
- To consult widely on relevant issues in the community and to facilitate interaction among associated interest groups at national and branch level.

Queensland Early Childhood Sustainability Network (QECSN) aims to provide a network of support throughout the state for the many individuals, groups and organisations who are already practicing, learning and/or starting to achieve positive changes in their home and working environments. The sharing of ideas and information among members assists all of us to change our behaviours to be more environmentally sound.
Queensland Branch is currently working on an environmental education policy.
More information is available on the Queensland Early Childhood Sustainability Network page.
