ECA celebrates the International Day of Play: The right of every child

In celebration of the inaugural International Day of Play, Early Childhood Australia (ECA) hosted the LEGO Group and Play Australia for an engaging webinar on the critical importance of play in children’s development. We invite you to join Samantha Page, ECA CEO; Robyn Monro Miller AM, Play Australia CEO;  Catharina Sørensen, Director of Policy and Global Engagement, Government and Public Affairs, the LEGO Group; and Emma Watkins, LEGO Play Ambassador, as they share valuable insights and inspire actionable steps to uphold children’s right to play across various settings. They also explored the ECA Statement on Play, which highlights the pivotal role and expertise of early childhood educators and teachers in fostering young children’s play and promoting awareness of its impacts for the whole child.
