Leading wellbeing with Be You 

Be You is excited to announce a series of online events that will focus on leading wellbeing in early learning services. People in leadership roles play a critical part in creating a mentally healthy community. They can use their leadership skills to increase awareness about mental health and wellbeing and develop a culture that supports educators, children and families in achieving their best possible mental health.

Modelling and championing positive mental health sends a powerful message that empowers others to get on board. But meaningful and sustained change can only happen when everyone in a learning community is engaged and committed.

The ‘Leading wellbeing with Be You’ series will provide early childhood professionals an opportunity to connect, engage, share perspectives and interact with colleagues from across Australia via live chat, Q&A and facilitated group discussions. These events will also elaborate on how Be You can assist early learning services in developing mentally healthy communities and how mental health links to Quality Improvement Plans, service context and initiatives.
