The Learning Hub Subscription is delivered online, through the ECA learning management system (LMS) which is a professional learning platform designed for early childhood educators and services.
It provides flexible, self-paced access to a range of learning materials, including interactive online courses, case study videos, articles, and reflective interactions. Educators can access the content anytime through the LMS, allowing them to engage in professional development that fits within their schedules and workplace needs. The ECA Learning Hub supports educators to track progress, revisit resources and content, and apply new knowledge directly to their practice. This flexible online delivery ensures that educators across different locations can continually build their skills and knowledge to support high-quality outcomes for the children and families within their care.
