The Governance and Risk Management Program is a free program designed to support managers, approved providers, nominated supervisors and persons with management or control (PMCs) to understand and implement best practice principles of governance, risk management and service practice across key areas of the Children (Education and Care Services) Law (NSW), Education and Care Services National Regulations (National Law and Regulations) and the National Quality Standard.

Amy is an experienced mixed-methods researcher and policy influencer in early childhood and education, recognising the ecological nature of education and that everyone has a role to play in ensuring children reach their full potential. Her PhD thesis is entitled “Getting ready to succeed at school: Investigating the role of parents”. Amy is passionate about translating research for a range of audiences.
Siobhan brings a strong understanding around learner experience and how content translates in the online environment at a self-paced mode. Siobhan has 17 years of Early Childhood experience working directly with children and has extensive experience in managing large and complex centres, mentoring teams with high expectations on professionalism, and emphasis on the importance of trusting and reciprocal relationships.
In her current role at ECA, Siobhan manages the User acceptance team who implement the testing process and quality assurance of all ECA Learning Hub courses. She works closely with multiple stakeholders to enhance learner experience, creating innovative approaches to maximize impact and ensure learners are getting the most out of the ECA Learning Hub. She supports organisations in analysing data and student engagement to create personalised professional learning plans.
