Jesse Hewitt
Jesse is a writer, author, editor, and teacher. He is the author of a series of children’s wellbeing books and the director of JJ Hewitt Writing Services. While he specialises in writing tenders for Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services, he also works as a copywriter, publisher, and editor.
In 2020, Jesse authored and published his first children’s book, Raymond the Raccoon Misses His Friends. Designed as an educational resource, the book supports parents and teachers to guide children in developing balanced screentime habits. In 2023, he released the sequel, Raymond the Raccoon Calms His Mind, which introduces simple mindfulness strategies for children to incorporate into their daily lives. The third instalment in the series, focusing on physical activity, was published in 2024.
